Is there a free trial?
You can try the interactive website preview without a license. The desktop app requires a paid license to start sessions; a free desktop trial is not currently offered.
Does my license renew automatically?
No. Choose 30 or 365 days of access for one Windows PC. Your access starts on first activation. To continue after expiry, purchase and activate a new key.
Can I move to a new PC?
Each license supports one PC. Contact support with your purchase reference to request a device reset before activating on a replacement PC. A reset does not restart your access period.
What does Idle On Duty do?
Idle On Duty is a Windows desktop app for scheduled mouse movement, scrolling, keyboard activity, and app or browser-tab switching. Choose the activities you need, set their timing, and start a session.
Will my computer and screen stay awake?
A running desktop session asks Windows to keep your computer awake and your monitor on, even when the app is minimized to the tray. Pausing or stopping restores normal idle behavior. Manual sleep, laptop-lid actions, and administrator policies remain under Windows control.
Do I need to stay connected to the internet?
An internet connection is required to activate your license and refresh access. After successful verification, you can work offline for up to 24 hours, limited by your license expiry. Reconnect to renew your access.
Can I stop a session from another app?
Yes. Global keyboard shortcuts let you start, pause, resume, or stop a session while using another app. You can review and customize the shortcuts in Settings.
Does it work on Mac?
Currently available for Windows x64 only. macOS and native ARM64 builds are not available.
Is the website preview controlling my computer?
No. The interactive preview only demonstrates the controls. Desktop activities and power management are available in the Windows app after activation.
