Choose mouse movement and its interval
Enable mouse movement in your activity settings and choose how often it runs. Use a timed session when you want a defined end, or an unlimited session that you stop yourself. Global shortcuts let you pause or stop while another app is open.
Combine the activities you need
Mouse movement is one option. You can also configure keyboard input, scrolling, switching between open applications, and browser-tab switching. Each activity has its own timing, so you can build a routine around the controls you need.
These activities interact with your desktop. Check your selected keys, open windows, and browser tabs before starting, and pause the session before doing work that could be interrupted by automated input.
Keep-awake controls follow your session
An active desktop session asks Windows to keep the computer awake and its monitor on. Pausing or stopping releases that request and restores normal idle behavior. Manual sleep, laptop-lid actions, and administrator policies remain controlled by Windows.
Keeping a screen on is different from controlling another application's availability status. Results depend on that application and its settings. See the Windows keep-awake guide for session behavior and limitations.
Preview the controls, then set up the desktop app
The interactive website preview demonstrates activity selection and timers. It does not move your real mouse or keep your computer awake. Desktop sessions require the Windows app and a paid license.
