For help with an order, use the seller email address at the bottom of your Payhip receipt. Include your order reference, Windows version, and the exact error message. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or your full license key.

How to find the seller contact on Payhip

My receipt or license key is missing

Search your email for Payhip and check your spam or junk folder. Check the email address used at checkout and open the order download page from your receipt. If the receipt is missing, Payhip explains how to recover it. If your order has no license key, contact the seller with your order reference.

My key will not activate

  1. Connect to the internet and check that Windows date and time are correct.
  2. Open Subscription, paste the license key from your order, and select Verify access key.
  3. Remove extra spaces when copying. Confirm that you are using an Idle On Duty key, not a key for another product.
  4. If the error mentions a device limit, follow the replacement-PC instructions below. For other errors, send the exact message to the seller.

I changed PCs or reinstalled Windows

Your license supports one PC. Contact the seller to request a device reset before activating on a replacement PC. Include proof of purchase. Device resets are handled manually and do not extend or restart the access period.

Can I try it before buying?

The interactive website preview is free and does not control your computer. The desktop app requires a paid license to start sessions; a free desktop trial is not currently offered.

Windows shows a security warning

The current release is unsigned. Download only from our official download page and compare its SHA-256 checksum if you need to verify the file. The current filename is Google Chrome.exe, but it opens Idle On Duty and is not affiliated with Google. Do not disable antivirus protection to run it. On a managed PC, contact your administrator.

Why is the download 453 MB?

The portable EXE bundles the .NET and browser runtime components needed by the interface. No separate runtime installer is required. First launch extracts and checks those files, so it can take longer than later launches.

Offline access and expired licenses

After successful online verification, offline access lasts up to 24 hours, capped by your license expiry. Reconnect before that window ends to refresh access. Restarting the app does not restart the offline window. To continue after your 30-day or 365-day access expires, purchase and activate a new key.

My screen still locks

Keep-awake protection applies only while a session is running. Pausing or stopping releases it. Manual locking, laptop-lid actions, and administrator policies remain under Windows control. Read the session and keep-awake guide.
